Norma Tyler, Business Development Coordinator, joined Central Tech in 1981. Tyler worked for six years in the private sector serving both education and banking.

Tyler hires, supervises and evaluates adjunct trainers for client workshops and training sessions, develops program management tools and techniques, as well as prepare and deliver customized client services and training.
