Central Tech is the service provider for the Central Oklahoma Business and Job Development Corporation incubators located in Stroud, Drumright and Sapulpa. Incubator facilities and our services nurture fledgling companies that have above average potential for creating high paying jobs in the local area along with a regional to global sales market reach by engaging in light manufacturing or a service industry.
While residing in the incubator, tenant companies benefit from:
- Business coaching,
- Affordable, graduated rent schedule,
- An Oklahoma state income tax incentive available to eligible incubator graduates.
Companies interested in becoming incubator tenants must submit a fully completed application including the required business plan and financial information. Coaching is available to help applicants prepare the application and business plan. Successful incubator tenants remain in the incubator for three to five years.
